Juan Manuel Marquez is now afraid of Manny Pacquiao
Both fighters in the upcoming Marquez-Bradley arrived at Las Vegas last Wednesday, October 9, 2013, and were both crowded by media for interviews.
Juan Manuel Marquez was approached by an ABS-CBN news correspondent and asked if he is willing to fight again Manny Pacquiao. Marquez said in reply that he will NEVER fight Pacquiao anymore no matter how many millions of dollars will be offered to him. Asked further why is that so and he replied again that he wanted to keep for the rest of his life that feeling of knocking down cold Pacquiao in a tremendous way. He added further that if it was not a knockout, just like their previous close fights, then he would fight Pacquiao again.
Meanwhile, in the words of the great Mike Tyson after being interviewed as to the defeat of Pacquiao by Marquez, he said that both of them deserved to have another fight. According to Tyson that fight was so close because Marquez was even knockdown by Pacquiao on that fight and had suffered a broken nose before he knocked out Pacquiao.
Now with such recent words of Marquez, there are no any other way to interpret it but to mean that he is now afraid to fight Pacquiao. First, he is not retiring yet which should have justified his refusal to fight Pacquiao. Second, his reason that he simply wanted to keep the feeling that he was the first to knocked out cold Pacquiao connotes that there is a GREAT chance that Pacquiao could redeem himself by beating Marquez in also a unique way. Third, all of his alibi indicate that he is very afraid of Pacquiao because if he believes in himself that he is the better between the two them, he will fight Pacquiao at any time. Finally, Marquez might have already realized that it was indeed only a "lucky punch" was the thing that hit Pacquiao.
On the other hand, Timothy Bradley welcomed the possibility of fighting Pacquiao because according to him the boxing fans deserve to see a most convincing way of winning over the other.

Bradley is so dismayed
After a surprising victory over Pacquiao, Bradley has not received such a proud recognition of his success from a lot of boxing fans. He himself was surprised on his win that night! I believe Bradley should surrender his belt and let the division vacant and prepare for the next battle and impress everyone in the world that he is an undisputed boxer by making a boxing win over any opponent. How's that Bob Arum?

Politics in boxing
The recently concluded boxing match between Pacquiao and Bradley has created suspicions on the emergence of the newest "mafia" influenced sport. A lot of people clamored with the result of said boxing match and some have entertained the notion that mafia has come back. We could always recall everytime we speak of mafia the same was either done with anomalies or irregularities. Las Vegas, being the gambling capital, would probably now a home for mafia. They could probably joined and took advantage of bigger bets during match.
Bradley lately said that he was very disappointed as a lot of people have not recognized him as the legitimate winner when he fought Pacquiao. He took on his part the toughest bout of his life and he had prepared for it too. On the other hand, Pacquiao suggested that the crown would just be left vacant so that everyone would have a peace of mind and to avoid any quarrels anymore, both, among the media and boxing fans around the world. I think all of these would put to an end if there will be a rematch between them! How's that Floyd, Jr.?
